Mansory Gets Another Close Look at the RS Q8

  • Mansory's enhancements provide the Audi RS Q8 with an impressive 986 horsepower along with striking yellow highlights.
  • External modifications feature darkened grilles, amber wheels, and distinctive spoilers.
  • Inside, the SUV features yellow leather upholstery, making for a striking cabin.

It has nearly been a year since Audi first revealed the facelifted Q8 And with the RS Q8, as expected, Mansory has put its touch on it once again. Following their customary style, their interpretation of Audi’s high-performance SUV is just as daring and extravagant as usual; however, it manages to be somewhat more restrained compared to some of their previous over-the-top creations.

Just as expected, Mansory has thoroughly revamped the Q8’s exterior, interior, and naturally, enhanced its performance. We’ll begin with the styling changes. The front grille is now rendered in matte black with a carbon fiber Audi emblem. The bumper has undergone significant modifications featuring redesigned air vents, numerous carbon fiber highlights, and supplementary LED daytime running lights below, adding an extra layer of conspicuousness. Despite appearing fierce, these alterations remain somewhat acceptable visually.

Styling, Using a Bold Approach

The modifications proceed alongside the edges. Mansory Has added vibrant black and yellow rims, updated fenders, and striking side panels that might earn you a speeding ticket even when parked. The outside has been finished with dual rear spoilers atop the roof, a subtle front lip spoiler, and naturally, Mansory emblems to remind you of the enhancements.

A customized diffuser along with three unusually positioned exhaust pipes complete the external modifications. To be honest, we believe that the four outlets of the initial RS Q8 design would have appeared much more appealing; however, as usual with Mansory, everything tends to be quite "extravagant."

Inside, It's All About Yellow

Let's move on to the inside of the vehicle. Mansory has really excelled themselves with this one, having adorned nearly all surfaces with vibrant yellow leather. This includes seats, door panels, dashboard, steering wheel, and pillars—basically everything is coated in yellow. They didn’t stop there; they even replaced the floor mats with ones made from yellow leather. It may appear stunning right now, but expect these to become quite unsightly once mud gets tracked in. Luxury seems compromised here; hopefully, maintaining cleanliness won't be too challenging.

A plethora of performance enhancements have been included as well. The baseline model Audi RS Q8 delivers a solid 632 hp and 627 lb-ft of torque in its Performance trim. But, because why settle for anything less than insanity, Mansory has crammed in larger turbochargers, modified boost pressure sensors, a sports air filter, new water-cooled intercoolers, a reworked ECU, and decatted downpipes. All that results in a gloriously excessive 986 hp and 922 lb-ft (1,250 Nm) of torque.

There hasn’t been an official announcement about the pricing yet, but if you find yourself in Europe and feel like taking a risk, you could contact Mansory. However, prepare yourself because the cost might surprise you significantly.
